Nourishing Hope During Ramadan: Lesaffre Gulf’s Solidarity Initiative for Sudan
At Lesaffre Gulf, we believe that access to proper nutrition is a fundamental human right, especially during times of hardship. In line with this belief, our 2025 Ramadan solidarity initiative focused on Sudan, a country currently facing one of the most challenging humanitarian crises, where food insecurity is a daily reality for millions.
Moved by the urgency of the situation, we partnered with Sadagaat Charity Organization, a well-respected Sudanese NGO, to provide vital food aid to families impacted by the ongoing conflict. Through this collaboration, we successfully supported more than 200 families by supplying and distributing essential food items, enabling them to share a dignified and nourishing iftar throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
This initiative is part of Lesaffre Group’s broader commitment to nourishing and protecting the planet. It reflects our ongoing mission to support vulnerable communities and contribute to building a more inclusive and sustainable future for all.
